Edmonton Residential Aide Payroll Service (ERAPS)

ERAPS is funded by Persons with Developmental Disabilities Edmonton (PDD) to provide payroll services to individuals who receive funding through Private Hire Agreements.

PAYROLL SERVICES

ERAPS is a personalized payroll service with specific knowledge and expertise in the domestic employment field.

As an employer you are responsible to maintain complete and accurate payroll records in accordance with the rules and regulations set for by Canada Customs and Revenue Agency. ERAPS is available to assist you with the following requirements including but not limited to:

• Obtaining a business number for payroll purposes
• Complete monthly payroll calculations
• Calculate and submit Canada Customs and Revenue Agency source deduction remittance forms
• Complete and file required T4 slips and T4 Summary
• Complete required Record of Employment forms
• Supply and assist with completion of Federal and Provincial TD1 forms
• Maintain all of the above in a standard filing system

ERAPS is available to assist you with other payroll and employer/employee related questions that may arise.
